 These terms and conditions relate to lessons taking place with South Hams Tutoring.  Please ensure you read them carefully before agreeing to them.

1. Payment is due on the day that the session is scheduled.  
2. If your child is going to be absent from their tutoring session for any reason, where possible,please give 7 days notice and otherwise a minimum of 24 hours notice.  
3. We reserve the right to charge for scheduled lessons reasonable notice of cancellation is not given. 
4. Should the Tutor not be able to carry out a lesson, an alternative will be sought or any refunds made.
5. Tutors will only enter Students for examinations after consulting the Pupil’s Parent/Guardian.
6. Notice to discontinue tuition should be given in writing and received by the Tutor at least 4 weeks before you wish to finish.  
7. Parents/Guardians will be given a minimum of two months’ notice of changes to tuition fees.
8. Information and data will be held confidentially and in line with our Privacy Policy.
